From taking down protective styles to shampooing and conditioning, Chioma developed her skills through love and dedication, understanding that healthy hair starts with thoughtful care.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chioma saw a significant change in the hair care industry. With many stylists moving into individual suites lacking shampoo bowls, clients were often asked to arrive with their hair already shampooed and blow-dried. Recognizing the challenge this posed for many, Chioma created Crown Care by Chi to fill the gap—offering a helping hand where it’s needed most.
